The signature starting point of The Zinn Method. This 3-week journey teaches you the daily fascia release and mobility habits that everything else builds on. By committing just 12–15 minutes a day, you’ll learn how to self-assess, free restrictions, and move with more ease in every part of your body.

You need very little to keep your fascia hydrated, your joints mobile and your body moving with ease!

For foam rollers, softer is better. This is a good option.
