Best For:

Low back pain, hip stiffness, sciatica, SI joint tension, piriformis syndrome, pelvic floor dysfunction, groin pain, quadricep and hamstring tightness, general back mobility issues.

You need very little to keep your fascia hydrated, your joints mobile and your body moving with ease!

For foam rollers, softer is better. This is a good option.
